We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Engineering Technician to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between engineering concepts and real-world execution. You will work closely with mechanical, electrical and software engineers to build, test, troubleshoot, and refine complex electromechanical systems and prototypes. As a senior member of the technical team, you will also help mentor junior technicians, drive quality, and continually improve our products and lab.

Define and Execute Robot Testing Plans

Deploy and Support Robots at Customer Sites

Plan what the robots do in industrial applications — from task and behavior planning to coordinated fleet motion.

Develop cutting-edge robot models, environment models, and simulation pipelines

Develop the back-end services and user-facing applications that keep a large fleet of robots running reliably and efficiently

Build and own the infrastructure powering machine learning at Maven Robotics

Support the deployment and operation of our robotic solutions in the field

Operate robots through advanced data collection systems and contribute to the development of AI-driven robotics

Build the platform powering the brains of our autonomous robotics systems

Build core systems for a robust, safe, and deterministic platform

Build and maintain the infrastructure that support our software development, machine learning and AI operations

Develop and implement foundation models for robots

Bring our robot hardware to life by implementing planning and controls algorithms for performant, trustworthy and elegant motion

Design, implement, test and deploy robot perception algorithms for industrial applications

Design, implement, test and deploy robot manipulation algorithms for industrial applications
